If you’re like us, you’ll find any reason to throw a good party. As we say adios to April, it seems only fitting to dust off the sombreros and bust open a donkey pinata in an old-fashioned, Cinco de Mayo fiesta. Aside from the Tex-Mex fare (who doesn’t love a fajitas and ‘ritas bash?), we’re loving this holiday for one reason and one reason only: color. Hues drawn from the Mexican flag might be the route for traditionalists, but we’ve got a spread of deep purples, vibrant oranges, and rich reds at the forefront of our party planning inspiration.
